European Union's Committee of Permanent Representatives adopted the sixth package of sanctions against Russia on Thursday, including a partial oil ban and the expulsion of Russia's Sberbank from the SWIFT international payment system, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The bloc excluded Russian Patriarch Kirill from the measures on Hungary's insistence, according to media reports. However, Hungarian demand to include a "three-year derogation for selling refined products was not accepted," RTE reported.
