Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Friday that he is "hopeful" he will be able to organize a meeting between his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts, Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, and have them talk about reaching regional peace, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Speaking to reporters following his return from Azerbaijan, Erdogan said he will have telephone conversations with both Putin and Zelensky soon. He also remarked that in his opinion, "there are no obstacles" to extending the deal on exporting grain from Ukraine.
