"70 people died, 200 were injured, while 300 buildings were destroyed. The number is expected to increase,' said Fuat Oktay, Vice President of Turkiye, APA reports.
According to him, 4 people were killed in Hatay, 7 were injured, and 300 buildings were destroyed.
20 people were killed, 200 were injured, and 83 buildings were destroyed in Osmaniye, 13 people were killed, 22 were injured, and 100 buildings were destroyed in Adiyaman, 14 people were killed, 226 were injured, and 20 buildings were destroyed in Diyarbakir, 18 people died, 200 were injured, and 60 buildings were destroyed in Diyarbakir, 80 people were killed, 600 were injured, and 581 buildings were destroyed in Gaziantep, eight people died, and 200 were injured in Kilis. 50 buildings were destroyed. 10 people died, and 118 were injured in Adana. 16 buildings were destroyed. 47 people were killed, 550 were injured, and 300 buildings were destroyed in Malatya.
Fuat Oktay noted that civil flights had been suspended in Kahramanmaras and Gaziantep.

The number of dead in the major earthquake in Türkiye is increasing, APA reports.
The vice-president of Türkiye said that the number of people who died as a result of the earthquakes reached 284.
He revealed that 2323 have been injured, 1710 building have collapsed.
