The European Union (EU) is resolutely loyal to the provision of security in the South Caucasus region, said EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar after meeting with Head of State Security Service of Georgia Grigol Liluashvili, APA's bureau in Georgia reports.
He noted that the sides have discussed regional security issues during the meeting: "We are interested in development of peace and security in the whole region and participant of it. I hope that I have been able to demonstrate resolute loyalty of the European Union (EU) to the strengthening security in the whole South Caucasus region."
