Prosecutors prepared 2500-paper indictments on 49 people, as well as ex prisoners, including retired General Vali Kuchuk and Leader of Workers’ Party Dogu Perincek. There was not such volume indictment and it caused mixing of Word Program. Prosecutor’s office sent a letter on modernization of system. Indictment on accusation of Perinchek, Veli Kuchuk in establishment of terrorist organization will be sent proper Court determined by Justice Ministry.
Other indictment on 21 people detained on July 1 will be prepared.
