Baku. Aqshin Rafiqoglu – APA-Economics. In February 2016, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) produced 605,000 tonnes of oil, down 5.75% from 2015, 6.49% from January.
Note that, SOCAR produced 647,000 tonnes of oil in January.
Oil production in January-November 2015 stood at 7,582,100 tonnes, down 1.49% in comparison to the same period of 2014.
In February 2016, 3,339,300 tonnes of oil overall were produced in the country, up 1.4% from previous year, down 5.08% in comparison to January.
A total of 3,518,200 tonnes of oil was produced in the country in January 2016.
