Baku. Agshin Rafiqoglu – APA-Economics. In January-April 2016, Azerbaijan’s main pipelines transported 14,906,600 tonnes of oil.
The State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics that Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline exported 11,717,000 tonnes or 78.6% of oil. The pipeline also exported 1.6 mln tonnes of transit oil.
In the reporting period, 7,332,000 cm of gas was transported via railway transport, down 8.9% compared to a year earlier.
34.3% or 2,515,400 cm of gas transportation was carried out by Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, the South Caucasus Pipeline.
