Caspian oil fleet starts working in SOCAR’s oil-gas fields and prospective structures

Baku. Elnur Huseynguliyev–APA-Economics. Caspian oils fleet’s spar ships started working in the oil and gas fields and prospective structures of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). Four ships supplied with modern research equipments and with crews of SOCAR geologists, researchers and topographers on board, were involved in the operations. Ali Amirov, engineer-geological craft was involved in drilling works in the Guneshli field. It took core samples for researching of seabed in the area of fundamental points of new platforms.
Geophysics-2 is conducting the bathymetric and sonar survey of the prospective structures Gilavar-Khazar field in north-east of Pirallahi island. Zohrab Veliyev was involved in field researches of Bulla-Deniz gas-condensate field.
Mammad Suleymanov, a spar ship is researching Darvin Kupesi field for projecting of platform 620. The researchers are collecting necessary database for preparation of project-cost sheets for construction of new depth platform, oil and gas pipelines and other hydro-technical installations.
