You have ensured proper protection and preservation of our cultural and spiritual values and moral resources formed throughout centuries and written bright pages in our history with your prescience, self-sacrifice and heroism. You have made invaluable contributions to enriching our language, in which one can express the deepest thoughts. You, beautiful mothers, are sparing no efforts to bring up our young people in the spirit of devotion to the motherland and loyalty to the independent statehood, the ideals of interdependence and the idea of Azerbaijanism. You are also gradually and resolutely realizing your skills and talents in the culture, science, health and other spheres properly continuing the way of our female enlighteners.

Your social activity bringing dynamism to our society and your high social position ensuring its harmony is the result of your rich morality, deep intellect, organizational skills and diligence. You, as permanent participants of the most important projects in accordance with the future development of Azerbaijan, have always justified the confidence given to you with your activities aimed at strengthening the basis of our independent statehood.
