He said that a number of exit-polls have been conducted in Azerbaijan, almost all of them produced similar results, despite the irregularities recorded by the observers during the counting of votes at a number of polling stations, the difference in the results may be not more than 4%. According to him, this is not a political, but a technical note.
According to the statement issued by the OSCE observation mission, irregularities were observed in voting process at 11% of the polling stations.
