The Ministry’s press service told APA that the event has been attended by Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kemaleddin Heydarov, Chairman of juridical policy and state establishment committee of Milli Majlis Ali Huseynov, employees of the ministry.
Firstly, the employees of the ministry visited Heydar Aliyev’s grave in the Alley of Honor and laid flowers on it.
Theteafter, the Minister K. Heydarov and attendants laid flowers on Heydar Aliyev’s monument.
Addressing the event, K. Heydarov noted that the Academy, other structures of the ministry, as well as construction works in the country are result of the wise policy of Heydar Aliyev: “Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev successfully continues national leader’s policy. Today, the great achievements gained in the economy, growth of military, cosmic and other industrial spheres have changed Azerbaijan to one of the influential countries in the world. A number of countries envy us, our disgraced neighbor, aggressor Armenia is anxious. I assure President Ilham Aliyev that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and its structures will further serve Azerbaijani state faithfully and provide security and comfortable life of the citizens. As all Azerbaijani people, we also believe that the day of liberation of our lands under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev is not far off”.
A. Huseynov said that the Ministry’s staff have right to speak about Heydar Aliyev because this ministry is one of the leading state bodies in implementation of his ideas.
He spoke about the founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev’s services in the democratic and legal state building.
