Ilham Aliyev familiarizes himself with condition created at Nakhchivan Business Center

The Head of State was informed that the main activity of the Center is focused on raising awareness of entrepreneurs, informing businessmen about economic reforms carried out in the country, including autonomous republic, international economic relations, innovations in the world and the country's economy, new business practices, marketing activities of entrepreneurs, advertisement and changes in the global financial system.

Azerbaijani President familiarized himself with the exhibition of products manufactured in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic at Nakhchivan Business Center. Different types of food and industrial products, handicrafts and paintings are being exhibited there.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed that more than 280 kinds of products of 88 companies are being displayed at the exhibition. Products of light and heavy industry, agriculture, food, textiles, mining, metallurgy, automobile industry, communication, fishing and other fields are among them.

President Ilham Aliyev also watched trucks produced at the Nakhchivan automobile plant. 9 different versions of trucks are being produced at the plant having 62 employees.

The Head of State was informed that 954 manufacturing and service facilities were established in the last decade. 58 460 new jobs were crerated, thus unemployment rate fell to zero in 2003-2013.
