Jamil Hasanli comments on discord within National Council

Baku. Etibar Mammadov – APA. “At our meetings in the US and Europe we held discussions on the activity of the National Council. The National Council will continue functioning after the elections,” former presidential candidate of the National Council Jamil Hasanli said at the press conference, APA reports.

Jamil Hasanli said organizational activities will be carried out in the National Council. He said that the session will be held next week.

“Post-election activity of the National Council will be discussed at the session,” he said.

Jamil Hasanli also commented on the discord within the National Council. He regarded the discrepancy inside the organization as normal.

“Discrepancy should be where there is democracy. This is normal. I should mention that critical situation occurred regarding the National Council in August. But the solution of the problem was found. We should not worry about various views expressed inside the organization. In order to pass certain decisions, there is a need for various views,” he said.
