President Ilham Aliyev noted that special attention was paid to military matters in the last six months. “The process of building the army continues successfully, the army reform deepens and discipline grows. Combat capability of our army is at a high level and it increases every day. Exercises, conducted on the Army Day and recently in the frontline, have great importance both in practical terms and in terms of demonstrating our strength. In a recent meeting with the ambassadors, I talked enough about this, about foreign policy, in general, now I do not want to repeat. Just want to say again that the territorial integrity is the basic norm and principle of international law. Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be settled only through this principle,” said President Ilham Aliyev.
