Baku City Main Police Office issues warning about National Councilâ€™s rally scheduled for October 12

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Baku City Main Police Office has issued a warning about the rally of the National Council scheduled for 12 October.

Deputy chief of Baku City Main Police Office, police Major General Sahlab Baghirov told APA that any provocation will be prevented in the rally of the National Council authorized by Baku Mayor’s Office: “We have already summoned the rally organizers to Baku City Main Police Office. They will be warned. We will not allow chanting slogans not reflected in the appeal sent to Baku Mayor’s Office and prevent take any step, which will lead to unrest. Otherwise, the organizers and perpetrators will be punished within law.”

The National Council of Democratic Forces has appealed to Baku Mayor’s Office for holding a rally on October 12. It has been permitted to hold the rally at the stadium of Sports and Health Complex in Yasamal district on October 12 from 16:00 till 18:00.
