Azerbaijani President issues order on establishment of National Nuclear Research Centre JSC

According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers is to confirm the regulations and structure of the JSC agreeing with its president within 2 months.

The Cabinet of Ministers is also to provide the JSC with a building and the material and technical base, develop proposals on providing the JSC with a research nuclear reactor and other necessary equipments an submit them to the President, Ministry of Communication and High Technologies, jointly with National Academy of Sciences, is to define the list of properties to be given from the balance of the academy’s Institution of Radiation Problems to the company, as well as form form company’s authorized capital and provide its financing through the state budget.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to develop proposals on conforming the president’s acts to the order within 2 months and submit them to the president, control the conforming onforming the normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies with order and inform the president about its fulfillment within 5 months.

The Ministry of Justice is to provide conforming the normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies and inform the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Taxes and the State Committee for Property Issues is to take measures for registering the JSC, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is to control providing company’s nuclear and radiation security, and the Academy of National Sciences is to provide coordination of the company’s fundamental and practical scientific researches.
