Head of the Department on Work with Law Enforcement of the Azerbaijan President Administration Fuad Alasgarov informed that this center will be available for 407,700 residents of Sabunchu, Khazar and Pirallahi districts of Baku. 30 state agencies provide 30 types of services in the center. At the same time, 28 types of functional support services were organized in the center.
The center will also render a convenient service for people with disabilities. The floors were specially covered for the free movement of blind people.
"Children AutoCity" was created in the courtyard of “ASAN Xidmet” Center No 4. Children can learn traffic rules and road signs here.
