Baku – APA. Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has commented on Armenian armed forces’ frequent firing on Azerbaijan’s residential areas located along the frontline and the growing number of ceasefire violations.
Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov gave a special instruction in this regard, the ministry told APA on July 14.
“In case of Armenians’ firing on Azerbaijan’s residential areas, the army will immediately open fire from large-caliber weapons on the enemy positions that are far from the scope of small arms, densely populated areas and military facilities,” the ministry said.
