The sides discussed the recent developments on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the contact line of Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, Armenpress reported. They expressed their concerns over the frequent ceasefire violations on the frontline and use of large-caliber weapons.
Tonoyan informed the ambassador about “Shant 2015” military command and staff exercises to be held on September 3-6, its aims and activities.
Kasprzyk also met on Thursday with Bako Sahakyan, the head of the Nagorno-Karabakh separatist regime. He will conduct monitoring on the frontline on September 4.
