Ali Hasanov: "Azerbaijan's President has given necessary instructions to the relevant bodies to ensure the treatment of the war veteran and assist his family"

Hasanov said that the principle of separation of powers has been unambiguously approved in the Azerbaijani Constitution adopted through popular vote: “No state agency, the Azerbaijani President or Presidential Administration, the supreme executive authorities, can interfere in court decisions. According to our information, under the court decision, a catering facility illegally exploited by Zaur Hasanov in the territory of “Shikh” sanatorium owned by “Kurort” Joint-Stock Company under the Trade Unions Confederation has been knocked down. We can not change the court judgment. But taking into account the fact that Zaur Hasanov is a war veteran and has a large family, every government agency and public organizations, first of all Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation within their competence should assist in the solution of his social problems."

Ali Hasanov said Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev was depressed by the news that Zaur Hasanov attempted to burn himself.

"Mr. President has given necessary instructions to the relevant bodies to ensure the treatment of the war veteran and assist his family. We hope Zaur Hasanov will recover and return to his family soon," he said.
