Ali Hasanov: â€œThere is no force that can make coup d'etat in Azerbaijanâ€

Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. “Freedom House organization has been attempting to introduce the subjective considerations of its own, separate institutions and circles as reality. The organization is conducting a smear campaign against Azerbaijan, its domestic policy, state-citizen relations, norms of political pluralism and attempting to deceive the world,” head of political and public affairs department at the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov told APA.

Asked about the reports on Freedom House’s coup attempts in Azerbaijan, he said that there is no force that can make coup d'etat in Azerbaijan: “Neither any state, nor non-governmental organization in the world can make coup d'etat in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is a stable country that can defend itself and possessing strong civil union against external interventions. The policy pursued by the state is unambiguously supported by the citizens. Such cases can occur, but none of them will produce a real result.”
