Heydar Aliyev Center to host famous American singer Michael Boltonâ€™s concert

Songwriter and singer who gained worldwide fame with rock ballads will sing his new songs on April 19.

60-year old Michael Bolotin is of Russian origin and was born in America.

Bolton, along with his successful singing career, is known as one of the most prolific songwriters of America. He wrote songs for world stars like Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga, David Foster, Phil Ramone, Barbra Streisand, John Legend, Jay-Z and Kiss band.

Albums of Grammy award winner Michael Bolton have been sold over 53 million copies all over the world. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce also recognized Bolton with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his musical and charitable contributions. “Can I Touch You...There?”, “How Am I Supposed To Live Without You”, “Love is a Wonderful Thing”, “Missing You Now” are his famous songs.

Bolton has performed with other artists such as: José Carreras, Plácido Domingo, Renée Fleming, BB King, Luciano Pavarotti and others.

Bolton has made a number of cameo appearances in feature films and television.

"Go The Distance" performed by him in Hercules animated film was nominated for Oscar award.
