APA reports that jointly with Ministry of Education and ANAS, taking into account proposals of Azerbaijan Union of Writers, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is to develop and fulfil the plan of events to mark the 150th anniversary of well-known public figure Ali bay Huseynzadeh, who played an important role in the formation of cultural integration of Turkish peoples as an ideology, stressed importance of establishing democratic principles on the historical values background in the modern society and closely participated in the development of theoretical bases of the independent national statehood, as well as contributed to enlightenment history through his rich philosophical and journalistic, literary and scientific heritage.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to solve the related issues.
