Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. Institutive groups inside the Republic have rights to conduct free campaign on referendum via mass media, Spokesman for CEC Azer Sariyev told APA.
To him, they will campaign via Public Television and public newspapers. 40.000 voters covering less than 60 polling stations are demanded for establishment of initiative group. Roundtables will be held during broadcasting.
Initiative groups will be able to hang posters near the site of polling stations. Over 500 electors are needed to establish initiative group in one polling station.
Referendum campaign will last from February 18 till March 17.
