CEC approved calendar plan on referendum envisaging annexes and amendments to the Constitution made public

Observers will be registered in ConECs till March 13. CEC and ConECs have not received any appeal on observers by now.
Deadline on registration for referendum campaign is at 18.00 on February 1. Several initiative groups have appealed to CEC till now.
Election commissions will specify lists of voters before referendum. The process will be over on February 11 - 35 days before voting according to Article 48.1 of the Electoral Code. CEC will approve the lists of voters and it will be posted in website of â€œElectionsâ€ Information Center. Voters will receive change registration cards till March 15.
Referendum campaign will last till 8.00 from February 18 till March 17. The process is applicable only for initiative groups.
Voting on referendum will start at 8.00 on March 18 and will end at 19.00. The process will be publicized five times a day. The results of referendum should be concluded on April 11- no later than 25 days according to Articles 138.1 and 138.4 of the Electoral Code.
