CEC to invite international observers to follow referendum on constitutional amendments

Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. Central Election Commission will invite international organizations to observe the referendum on the constitutional amendments on March 18, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said, APA reports. He said that CEC was holding discussions to determine to which organizations the invitations would be sent.
“As usual we will do our best so that all international organizations, interested parties and representatives of the election commissions of foreign countries cooperating with CEC can observe the process. I think sufficient number of international observers will follow the process,†he said.
Mazahir Panahov said web cameras would be installed in the polling stations during the referendum.
