Baku. Ramil Mammadli-APA. “CEC will do its best to hold referendum on amendments and annexes to the Constitutionâ€, CEC Secretary Natig Mammadov told APA.
CEC will implement its commitments to coordinate referendum with international standards on March 18, 2009.
“CEC will involve international organizations in the process, establish normative base, and increase awareness of electors as before. Media will be ensured to attend the process,†he said.
To him, CEC activity will be improved to hold referendum. Mammamdov noted that CEC would debate issues on referendum at the meeting soon.
