Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. Hearing of the suit brought by Opposition’s Cooperation Center against Baku Mayor’s Office has started. Deputy Chief of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Hasan Karimov told APA that Judge Elnur Hasanov presided over the hearing. The plaintiffs filed several petitions. Hasan Karimov, representative of Musavat Party Arif Hajili, representative of Azerbaijan Liberal Party Evez Temirkhan and representative of Civil Development Party Bullur Humbatov addressed the hearing. The plaintiffs petitioned for inviting Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov and chief of department on work with socio-political organizations Zaur Ramazanov. The court rejected their petitions.
The hearing will continue on December 3.
Member of the Opposition’s Cooperation Center sued Baku Mayor’s Office for not sanctioning their rally scheduled for September 18.
