Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev –APA. A group of Azerbaijani parliamentarians decided to nationalize the last names. Lala Abbasova told APA she would apply to the court to change her name to Abbasbeyli. Fazil Mustafayev said he was going to receive last name as Mustafa. Havva Mammadova also said she prepared necessary documents to change her last name to Mammadli. Baba Tagiyev told APA he would like to use Alibeyli as his last name. Eldar Ibrahimov said he was also thinking about the changing last name, but Govhar Bakhshaliyeva thinks that changing her last name can create some problems for her because all her books were published under the name of Bakhshaliyeva.
Several members of the parliament already nationalized their names.
