Head of Azerbaijani state receives President of Asian Development Bank

Bakuâ€“APA. On November 20, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the delegation headed by President of Asian Development Bank Haruhiko Kuroda. The guest said he witnessed the rapid economic development in Azerbaijan and got good impression about Baku, Press Service of the President told APA. â€œI am absolutely sure that the rapid economic development will continue under your leadership further. I am hopeful that correct economic management and efficient using of oil incomes will create new opportunities for the development in Azerbaijanâ€.

The Head of State in return said Azerbaijan reached high development in all fields, as well as in economic sphere. The President noted that the world financial crisisâ€™s impact was not felt in the country as a result of purposeful measures. The Head of State said a number of programs were successfully carried out for development of non-oil sector and these projects would be developed in future.
