Baku hosts Strategic Medical Planning seminar within Azerbaijan-US cooperation plan

Bakuâ€“APA. A Strategic Medical Planning seminar within the Azerbaijan-US cooperation plan starts in Baku on Monday, press service of the Defense Ministry told APA. Baku will host seminar on the US-NATO military institution, its structure duties and standardization to start on September 9. The Naval Anti-Terror Operator course will start on September 4 in Moyak. The course of Small-Caliber Shell and Air Defense Systems kicks off on Monday in Altinova and Yalova, Turkey within the Turkish-Azerbaijani bilateral cooperation plan. Turkish cities of Balikesir hosts the mine ship duty officersâ€™ training course, Egirdir and Isparta host Commando basic course and Ankara hosts ophthalmology training course on Monday. Aid defense officers and air transport officers will gather in Istanbul, Turkey to pass training courses to start on September 4. Landing ship duty officersâ€™ training course and marine officersâ€™ amphibian basic course will be held from September 8 to October 17 in Focha and Izmir cities of Turkey. Medium English and elementary English courses will start on September 8 in Izmir. The diving course within the Azerbaijan-Pakistan cooperation plan starts on Monday in Himalaya, Pakistan. According to the cooperation plan between Azerbaijan and Germany, the German City of Ahlen will host 22nd Medical Corpse and education-training observation course on September 8-14.
The English and young officersâ€™ courses will take place in Dartmouth from September 8, 2008 to July 31, 2009 within the bilateral cooperation plan signed between Azerbaijan and Great Britain. The military education course will take place in Russian cities of Tver, Tula, Penza and Smolensk on September 10 within the Azerbaijan-Russia Education Program. Representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will attend the event.
