Heads of City and Village Municipalities Associations, Heads of Executive Powers of regions, chairmen of municipalities attended the assembly. The meeting of report character debated activity of municipalities, measures taken by them, future plans. Mehdiyev stressed successes and shortcomings of municipalities. He noted that measures had been taken on coincidence of activity of Azerbaijani municipalities with international norms. Mehdiyev arrived at administrative building of Yevlakh-Mingachevir Polling Station.
