The editor-in-chief of Sanat newspaper Samir Sedagetoglu has rejected his lawyer Seyyad Mammadov, the Sedagetoglu’s rights Defense committee told the APA. Sedagetoglu’s rights will be defended by lawyer Isakhan Ashurov. The sides have already signed contract with new lawyer.
Nasimi Court will held preliminary trial of accused Samir Sedagetoglu and Rafig Tagi presided over by Judge Mammadali Zulfugarov on March 1. Defense committee has appealed to international organizations and local law enforcement bodies for this case. The committee plans to hold conference o February 26. /APA/
