“Iran and Azerbaijan are close to define Caspian’s legal status�, Iranian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Azerbaijan Afshar Suleymani told journalists, APA reports. The two sides are investigating legal and technical features on the level of working groups.
“The negotiations were effective. I am confident that agreement will be reached on Caspian’s legal status as a result of negotiations,� the ambassador said. /APA/
