Abulfas Garayev takes stance on dismissal of Yalchin Rzazadehâ€™s wife

The minister also took a stance on the dismissal of the libraryâ€™s director Roza Rzazadeh, wife of peopleâ€™s artist Yalchin Rzazadeh.
â€œWe are working, carrying out reforms and will continue it. I respect peopleâ€™s artists, but it does not mean that an artist has the right to use state property as his private property. We plan to open Baku Tourism and Information Center, because that place is more suitable for this,â€ he said.
Abulfas Garayev said the Library named after Anvar Mammadkhanli would be restored and Tourism and Information Center would be opened in its place.
â€œThis is our project. A library director may resign, or be dismissed when he does not work well. The libraries offering low-quality service will be closed and centers for tourism or culture will be opened in their places. This is a sustainable policy. All whose work is ineffective will be dismissed. All ineffective libraries will be closed,â€ he said.
