International Bank of Azerbaijan launches â€œR@ndevuâ€ service

Baku – APA-Economics. International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) offers its clients in Baku and Ganja to take advantage of unique "R@ndevu" service.

IBA told APA-Economics that “R@ndevu” service was launched to save time of customers and render faster service in the branches of the bank.

IBA customers can make appointment in the branch either by calling the information center (437 7900 or *2265) or entering the website of the bank (randevu.ibar.az) via “R@ndevu” service. In this case, they will be served without turn.

Currently, “R@ndevu” service are being rendered by Absheron, Binagadi, Sabail, Industrial, Khatai, Garadagh, Sabunchu, Central, Transport, Yasamal, Narimanov, Nasimi, Nizami, Ganja branches.

The system will be used in other branches and departments of the bank by the end of the year.
