The Dow Jones index in the US stock markets rose by 0.47% to 51,202.26 points, while the S&P 500 index fell by 1.9% to 7,431.46 points and the Nasdaq index declined by 3.98% to 25,888.84 points, APA-Economics reports.
According to APA-Economics, in the European stock markets, the FTSE 100 index increased by 0.64% to 10,471.72 points, France’s CAC 40 index rose by 2.24% to 8,350.87 points, while Germany’s DAX index decreased by 1.87% to 24,635.3 points.
The euro weakened by 0.09% against the US dollar on global markets, trading at $1.1568.
