Baku – APA. Nearly 200,000 people have been killed and one million injured in the 3-year Syrian conflict, said Valerie Amos, the U.N. chief for humanitarian affairs, APA reports quoting foreign press.
“Every time we use a new figure in relation to the Syrian crisis, we say that it is unprecedented,” she said.
Amos painted a grim picture of the worsening situation in Syria: 7.6 million people displaced inside the country and 3.2 million who have fled to other countries.
