South Korean President Moon Jae-in accused North Korea on Thursday of violating its self-imposed moratorium on conducting intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) tests, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Moon accused North Korean leader Kim Jong-un of "causing a serious threat to the Korean Peninsula, the surrounding region and the international community." South Korea's military estimated the missile reached an altitude of over 6,000 kilometers, landing in waters south of Japan, while Tokyo estimated the ICBM had a range of 1,100km and thus the potential to reach the United States.
