Iran will deliver an appropriate response to the US targeting of its commercial vessel, the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said, Tasnim reports.
According to the information, Iran’s Armed Forces were ready to respond decisively after US special forces openly attacked an Iranian commercial ship in the Oman Sea.
However, due to the presence of family members of the crew on board the vessel, limitations arose in taking necessary action to avoid putting their lives at risk.
Taking into account the current situation, it was emphasized that once full assurance is obtained regarding the safety of the crew and their family members on board, Iran’s Armed Forces will carry out the necessary measures against US military forces.
