The death toll from the devastating earthquake in Myanmar has surpassed 2,700, APA reports, citing China Central Television.
So far, 2,719 bodies have been recovered.
On March 28, at 1:20 p.m. local time, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar. Twelve minutes later, another quake with a magnitude of 6.4 was recorded. The tremors were felt in China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
