Thailand opposition begins unrests in the country

Bangkok –APA. Ten thousands supporters of the Thailand’s oppositional People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) have surrounded the Prime Minister Samaka Suntaraveta’s residence on Tuesday demanding his resignation. Some protesters have entered into the Prime Minister’s residence and other government buildings, paralyzing the work of government bodies, APA reports. A group of armed people tried to seize the building of Thailand National Broadcasting Service taking some of the TV studios under the control until the police disarmed them. They claimed to be PAD members. The Alliance’s leaders promised to take hundred thousands of people into the streets and to force the government to resign. Police said 35 thousands people were participating at the anti-government rally in Bangkok now. The Alliance united monarchist groups supported by the army and some business circles.
