Bushehr stationâ€™s opening postponed for a year more

Tehran â€“APA. Installation work was completed in the Bushehr nuclear power station of Iran. Russiaâ€™s Atomstroyeksport, which is holding constructing work in Bushehr announced it needed at least a year for finishing of all work, APA reports. The companyâ€™s announcement dissatisfied Iranâ€™s government. Iran demands to hand over the station by the end of the year. Atomstroyeksport and Iranâ€™s government signed an agreement in 1995 for construction of Bushehr nuclear power station. The reactor was supplied with fuel later in January for the last time according to the agreement. Fuel wastes will be returned back to Russia after that uranium enrichment process finishes. One billion USD is considered to be spent for the Bushehr stationâ€™s construction.
