Mohamed Morsy: “The security of the Persian Gulf is a red line for Egypt”

Baku. Konul Jafarli – APA. “The security of the Persian Gulf is a red line for Egypt”, said Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy in his interview to Saudi “Okaz” newspaper, APA reports quoting “Fars” news agency.

He stressed the strength of Egyptian-Saudi ties: “The Arab and Islamic world derive their strength from Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Cairo supports all good relations between Egypt ad Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia contributes with the biggest share of Arab investments in Egypt. The bilateral trade between both states stands at nearly US$5 billion according to 2011 estimates”.
