Ahmet Davutoglu recalled that officials coming from the different cities of Syria and until recently occupied high positions were heard at the meeting in Istanbul and underlined the importance of the implementation of the plan proposed by the UN and Arab League joint special envoy for Syria Kofi Annan for prevention of bloodshed and delivering of the humanitarian assistances in time: “Annan’s plan is specific on the plan of the Arab League. We know the National Council of Syria as a legal organization and will support the delivery of assistances to the country by the National Council. The UN Security Council should immediately adopt a decision on Syria. We will continue our support to the Syrian people till the establishment of democratic regime.â€
