Baku – APA. Four Russians have been killed in Yemeni clashes, the country’s Foreign Ministry reported Wednesday. They died in the province of Dammaj gripped by clashes between the government and Shiite troops and Sunni militants, the Voice of Russia reports.
According to Russian diplomats, 36 Russian students and their families are still in the volatile region. They went to Yemen illegally to study at the Dar al Hadith religious center.
About 60 militants were killed in clashes.
