Republic culture studies seminar on “Culture – as the leading power in the development of civilization†will be held in Azerbaijan Business Center on September 29. The seminar will be organized by Simurg Azerbaijan Cultural Association, Azerbaijan Culture Studies Society and International Cultural Forum of the Civil Society, vice-president of Simurg Azerbaijan Cultural Association, Professor Fuad Mammadov told APA.
Ph.D. Sakit Huseynov will make speech on “Culture and continuous human development in Azerbaijanâ€.
