"It will happen, but I find it difficult to give an exact date. In the U.S., there are many candidates applying for the post of U.S. co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group. But I can not provide specific information about them, "- said Morningstar.
The Ambassador noted that acting U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Ian Kelly skillfully handles his job.
Commenting on the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan, Richard Morningstar said that the United States supports holding transparent and fair elections in Azerbaijan.
