We will create a mechanism within the UN framework for the deployment of international forces in Gaza, said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio at a press conference in Israel, APA reports.
According to him, many countries currently want to participate in this project, but due to the lack of coordination with the UN, these countries have not been able to deploy their forces in Gaza.
Rubio said that Israel has fulfilled its obligations under the agreement so far.
"There is no Plan B for Gaza. This is the only plan. We believe that this plan will succeed," Rubio noted.
The US Secretary of State stressed the importance of disarming Hamas in the next stage of the agreement.
