The US military carried out airstrikes on 4 ships carrying drugs in the eastern Pacific Ocean yesterday, US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth posted on his "X" account, APA reports.
According to him, 14 drug traffickers were killed as a result of the airstrikes. US forces did not suffer any losses during the operation.
"These narco-terrorists have killed more Americans than Al-Qaeda, and they will be treated the same. We will track them, we will network them, and then, we will hunt and kill them," the minister stressed.
It should be noted that the US has previously struck drug trafficking ships in the Caribbean several times.
